Monthly Yin Yoga in Georgeham, North Devon

Monthly Yin Class

Gentle, grounding yoga for deep rest, nervous system support and coming home to the body.

Join Kate for a slow, floor-based Yin Yoga class using props, breath and stillness to support the nervous system, ease tension and invite the body into deep rest. Held monthly at Georgeham Village Hall.

What to Expect

Yin Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice that works with the deeper connective tissues of the body, including ligaments and fascial networks.

In each class, you’ll be invited to slow down, follow the breath and settle into supported shapes with the help of props such as blocks, blankets and cushions.

We begin with slow, mindful movement to calm the nervous system, before moving into longer-held Yin poses. Each class ends with savasana, allowing time for rest, integration and deep relaxation.
