Seasonal Yoga Events in North Devon

Seasonal gatherings rooted in nature, rest and reconnection

Kate’s events are inspired by the turning of the seasons, the rhythms of nature and the ancient Wheel of the Year. Each gathering offers space to pause, listen inward, reconnect with the body and honour the wisdom of the natural world.

The Wheel of the Year follows eight seasonal festivals, marking key points in the cycle of light, dark, growth, harvest, release and renewal. These moments invite us to live more closely with nature, noticing how the outer landscape reflects our inner world.

Through slow mindful yoga, yin and restorative practice, meditation, reflection, nature connection and simple ritual, Kate creates nourishing spaces to help you soften, rest and return to yourself.
