What to Expect

Menopause Yoga was developed by Petra Coveney, and is a holistic programme to support mind, body and emotions during the menopause transition.

Workshops are themed around a particular stage or season of the menopause, with a focus on certain symptoms. Each workshop will contain the following elements:

  • info to help us understand what is happening in our bodies
  • an opportunity to share in circle to reduce isolation
  • breathwork, meditation and poses to help ease specific symptoms
  • journaling / reflection time to develop self listening and awareness
  • restorative yoga practice to support the nervous system, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

No previous experience of yoga is needed.

Feel free to contact Kate before booking, if you have any questions.
